EATING DISORDERS IN MORBID OBESITY PATIENTS

Objectives. To determine the prevalence and typology, as well to establish factors influencing change of eating behavior in patients with morbid obesity. Material methods. The method continuous sampling was used analyze incidence disorders types 154 obesity who underwent planned surgical treatment for at Center Herniology Bariatric Surgery 4th City Clinical Hospital named after N.E. Savchenko during period from 2016 2017. Additionally, a survey on type carried out 81 pre- postoperative providing bariatric treatment. Results. prevalence, typology associated were studied, assessment presence correlation between body mass index (BMI) threshold value disorders, changes made. Conclusions. Deviant forms are specific criterion dominant emocyogenic disorder more than 60 kg / m<sup>2</sup>. Performing restrictive or combined surgery completely eliminates existing 12 months operation, while maintaining positive result long-term period.
